With the presence of the Top 4 global EMS located in Mexico, most of tier 2 and 3 companies and even some local contact manufacturing houses, the subcontract industry represents a significant portion of the Latin America market. EMS has proven to be a special market segment that must be fully understood in order to implement a successful sales strategy with high market penetration.

During the past 10 years we have created within the CM’s a network of relationships that had yielded a knowledge of their operations that from current assembly projects to understanding how to become a preferred supplier.

In addition to supporting the logistics and accounts payable departments we work closely with the manufacturing engineers  of each project to understand their needs and those of the company who’s product the CM is assembling, often times “closing the loop” between our principles and the project designers.
